BreezeShop is built to collect as little information as possible while still providing the service.

We use basic account, shop, bot, wallet, order, payment-status, and technical information only to run BreezeShop, keep shops working, prevent abuse, and support sellers.

We do not sell user data.

We do not ask for private keys, seed phrases, wallet passwords, or exchange login details. Sellers should never enter secret wallet credentials into BreezeShop.

Direct crypto payments go to wallet addresses provided by the seller. Telegram, wallet apps, blockchain networks, hosting providers, and third-party payment or swap providers may handle some data under their own policies.
